Ryan began his roofing career working directly for Carlisle Syntec as a technical sales representative. In 2010, Ryan started an independent maufacturer's representative organization. He manages all aspects of the business.

Central Texas Sales Manager

Aaron is based in Austin and manages the central and south Texas markets. He started his roofing career with OMG, which manufactures fasteners and adhesives in the commercial roofing industry.

San Antonio and RGV Territory Manager

Paul came to our organization after spending 13 years with Carlisle Syntec, most recently as the regional technical manager. He covers the greater San Antonio market, Corpus Christi, and the Rio Grande Valley.

Lindsay joined Kirkland and Associates after spending 19 years with Carlisle SynTec. She had various roles with Carlisle including customer service and inside sales support. Lindsay has exceptional organizational skills and is a customer service expert.
